Hi,

Please let me know, as per ROC , Director disclosure is mandatry for all company, whether a public company , private limited are listed or not.

28 July 2014 Dear Rajeev,

Disclosure of interest by director is mandatory for all companies under section 184 of Companies Act, 2013.

Disclosure of interest given by the director is to be taken note by the board in the first board meeting of financial year.
Disclosure of interest is to be given in form MBP.1 and you have to file form MGT.14 with copy of board resolution and form MBP.1 with ROC.
