Regarding digital certificate

while filing form 32 with roc the following error has occured." the signature validation has failed and the person is not authorised to sign on this field"
but the directors digital certificate has already been registered with roc and his name is within the signatory authorities approved by the company.
not able to trace the reason for such error.
can anyone guide regarding this.

1) Check whether the DSC is live or expired.
2) Use 'Internet explorer' for e-form filing.
3) File DIN-4 if not filed till date.

Sir/Madam,
while doing role check also it shows the error message as "details does not correspond to din application", though i filled in all the details correctly.
DSC status is live only. as i have no other option to try out , i just tried to update the DSC once again. but it shows the error msg as above
