Hello,
I am Auto mobile Company selling cars of the manufacturer company.
Manufacturer company collect fixed fee monthly from us for allowing to sell a car.
Whether such expenses is liable for Tax Deduction at source and if yes under which head.

Yes TDS is to be deducted u/s 194C on contract basis.
