regarding declaration certificate in CA FINAL exam form

Respected sir
I am going to appear for final examination in Nov 17 for the first time.i am going to complete my articleship on March 2018.which declaration format I required to file? I also visit website icai exam.icai.org but I am not understand which format is applicable to me. Please send me format of declaration applicable to me or link to download same.

After checking all certificate one can not understand that which format Is applicable to student who will complete 2.5 years of articleship...

OK sir but if u check that certificate than you found that in the top of certificate it was written that for intermediate or IPCC. So I am confused

ok. I think the lesson in this would be.......first think of population and then think of yourself....right?
May be this is Top Down approach?....Which is required for passing through Ca final.
