Could anyone here help me in providing detail about current provisions of partial reverse charge under service tax in cage of service received from labour contractor.

and what ae the provisions when service provider is a company?
Will reverse charge not ne applicable in this case and the service provider be liable for payment of service tax on whole of the invoice amount?

Yes,,if service provider is company reversecharge not applicable
yes in such case service provider is liabile to collect entire service tax from service receiver and need to deposit with in due time
No responsibility of service tax on service receiver
