I want to know how much capital is required for the Infrastructure in the name of the company.As i have to register the company for Ex.X Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

to get registereed as a pvt co at least rs 1lac ca[ital is required as per sec3 of companies act.

Not only minimum share capital , also fees is required as per authorised share capital, go for full checking to a practioner.
