regarding (ca final) book to us for direct taxes

25 January 2009 sir, is it o.k. if i use taxmann's (singhania) book for direct taxes in finals as my main book?

also please suggest a stretegy for using it as it runs into 1000 pages. thanks a lot.

25 January 2009 If you have not yet purchased it and started to study, then i will suggest you to go for Girish Ahuja's Book, as it is more self explanatory, then other books.
For further way of study, Mail me at tarun2507@gmail.com. I will send you the tips for DT and IDT paper. It will help you a lot, as it is the personal experience of mine and some others.
