no of attempts is not relevant .. ca ipcc registration valid for 4 years..if it is expired or going to expire have to do revalidation of registration . . refer link shared by ajay sir for more help on this

Thank You all for helping me out.
I have one more query regarding the change of address. I have move to some other state, earlier I was living in Maharashtra. I want to change the address. So what's the procedure for that?
