12 December 2013 Dear Friends,

I am doing article ship now. Till now i have completed 1 year 3 months articleship period.

My principal has not given me proper exposure other than accounts. one company has given A/cs outsourcing, so he has appointed me in that company from last march, still i am continuing there only. Now i can't take termination also.so he is using that advantage. Daily i am traveling 40 kms. If any day i want holiday i have to ask client. i am in depression now.

PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS.What to Do.

12 December 2013 You should have think about it before completion of 1 year where it is easy to take trasnfer

after one year you should have valid reason for taking transfer,,and you cannot say your problem as reason in my opinion
.
.
however kindly contact nearest icai regional branch and explain about your problem they may suggest you best course of action
.
.
other wise you can take secondment of articleship after 2 years of articleship and join with other ca firm
