Regarding articleship transfer

I have completed 1 year n 4 months of my articleship. . and now I want to move to my home town... currently m doing my training from indore. plzzz suggest how can I take transfer as my first year of articleship is over..

first on plain paper make an application to icai but also need to be signed by ur current ca and when icai allows u then file form 109

unless the reason for transfer is covered under regulation 56(2), transfer wont be allowed
