29 April 2014 what are the rights of CA (principal) against article trainee regarding after successfully completion of training ?

29 April 2014 he has no rights. Rather he has obligation to Submit form 108. If your principal doesn't sign form 108, send a copy of form 120 with a copy marked to ICAI.
