dear friends and Sirs, my article ship was completed on 5/9/2016. but my principal is not signing on the form-108. he is asking a letter from me saying that "I am civilly and criminally responsible for the works done by me". for signing on the form. please help me whether I need to sign on form. please provide me solution.

A CA cannot ask to any article to write such thing. u deny this and post your all concern on esahatya portal or else write a letter to icai delhi
icai will send a letter to CA asking the reason for that.

The demand by your principal is unfair and unconstitutional. He cannot make you sign such incriminating documents. Don't worry and stoutly deny him by saying that you will not sign any such document. If doesn't relent, then you are left with no choice but to write a letter to the Institute against the unjustified demand of your Principal. As far as possible try to resolve the issue amicably but never cede to the demand of signing any thing which is preposterous.
