29 November 2014 Hello Eperts and to all my CA aspiring Freinds,

I am doing CA articleship from a small firm as I am going to complete 9months. I am very much tensed & scared about my career as I am not getting any work to do.I have learnt only how to make entries in tally and filled Roc returns, that's it..Actually,the paid assisstant who is employed by my CA, is working here since 10years.He is not educated,he just knows how to do the ca word but doesnt have any epertise.I dont know why he doesnt give me any work..i never misbehaved with him...In our firm,there are only two articles(including me)..He alsways give work to the other article, who is 29years old..I dont know whether he hates me that i am just 22 or what....only god knows...now the thing is that my principal is very kind hearted, cool & good by nature..i have also complained him about this matter but he doesnt say anything to that paid assisstant because that assisstant manages every work..

Now the issue is that I am very much confused whether I should take a transfer or should I complete my two years here and then go for industrial training in a good company..when i make my mind to take transfer and when i read some cases here like misbehaving of principal with his articles or articles got frustrated with their principals,then i got really scared.

Please guide me....please..I am a very hard working Student since my school life..I always topped in my class..I have many dreams to fulfil as everyone do have..I dont want to be a frustrated Chartered Accountant.. :'(

29 November 2014 Articleship is a seamless conduit between you and your career. If you feel that you are NOT happy with the existing situation, change it by taking a transfer.
