06 November 2014 Respectful experts, this is my final year articleship. I want to transfer my article ship from Coimbatore to Tirupur city bcoz of my mother cardio problem. Am already satisfied 50kms condition. A copy of lease deed and present employer permission is enough to fulfill icai transfer condition ?
Kindly explain me in detail...

06 November 2014 unfortunately, no. the conditions under which transfer can be secured are:

1. article's own medical condition requiring rest not less than 3 months

2. transfer of working parent with distance more than 50 kms
