28 October 2014 sir,I applied for conversation from CA-IPCC to CA-INTERMEDIATE on degree qualification.I received the mail from BOARD on october.Regarding the mail,my registration stars from 3rd september.so my query is what is the date for submission of forms 102&103 because I have't joined for articles still to date.please give me the details about what are the further steps to be taken.I kindly inform you I completed ITT&OTP aswell.

28 October 2014 form 102/103 shall be dated on the day on which you start your articleship under a CA.

further, you need to get form 102 stamped or franked. The date of starting articleship cannot precede the stamp date.
