01 April 2015 Hello Sir I have got my Articled Training started from 10/09/2014. While filling the Form 102, I mistakenly entered my Date of Completion of Training as 09/03/2018 instead of 09/09/2017. What are the consequences of this mistake? Also what will happen if i enter my Training Completion Date as 09/09/2017 in My Final Registration Form? Will the institute take a strict action due to this mismatch in the above mentioned date? Plz help.

01 April 2015 Contact to the nearest branch of institute and tell them regarding error while filing for 102 as soon as possible..

02 April 2015 Don't worry Gaurav,
You will receive letter in respect of your article ship registration from the Institute.

In that letter, Institute people will mention the date of completion of your article also.

If you made mistake, while filling form 102, the institute people never do mistake. They mention the correct date. Your article ship get over on correct date only. Don't worry.. Be happy..

02 April 2015 In addition to that, at the end of article ship, you have send the termination of article ship form. In that form, you have mentioned the no. hours worked, no.of days leave taken, etc.

Based on these details, the institute people will re-compute your article ship period and send a letter to you and your employer both. Normally, there is small difference between your and institute calculation. That is, just 3 or 4 days less or more.

You can ignore the mistake, you have done in 102
