I am student of ipcc and commerce graduate with 59% .Can I start my articalship without passing ipcc group I as per amendment in CA ACT dated 01/08/2012 point no.17 ?

Still there is no clarification from Institute regarding this.
At present IPCC student should complete 1st Grp to register himself for articleship.

Yes you can as per ICAI Notification and for further info you need to ask from them personally.
