Dear Sir,
If a pvt. ltd. company incorporated on 28/03/2014 and board fails to appoint first auditor within 30 days from registration.
then:
1. which companies act will apply either 1956 or 2013?
2. How shall now Shareholders will appoint the first auditor?
3. Also specify Forms which are required to file by company and auditor?
