08 October 2014 in case of pvt. ltd. company which documents are required to attach in GNL_2 along with ADT-1

09 October 2014 Main attachment is ADT.1. However you may attach the copy of resolution passed in the AGM by shareholders along with appointment letter issued to the auditor.

These 2 additional would be enough.

09 October 2014 These additional documents will help you to establish the period for which auditor is appointed. Form is silent about the same.

There is no harm in filing these documents.

09 October 2014 is Form ADT-1 required to print on company letter head & director sign required on ADT-1(as given in form), since director digital signature is to be given in GNL-2?

09 October 2014 ADT-1 is not required to be printed on letter head.

Directors sign is required on ADT- 1

09 October 2014 Agree with expert.

There is no need to print ADT.1 on company letter head. Simply take the print on plain paper and get it signed from director for the purpose of GNL.2
