Please provide the press note no 2 dated 21/03/1995 in respect of sec. 611(2) of Companies Act

The press note referred is effective from 1/5/1995. DCA has issued a circular No 14/3/87 dated 21/3/1995 also in this regard. The verbatim of the same is not available now in MCA portal. But it is in Guide to Companies Act,(A.Ramaiya,16th edition) volume 3 page 4526.
