Regarding 2 pan of the entity

Sir/ Madam
There is a little problem regarding 2 Pan. There is one HUF whose karta is died there was problem in changing the Karta so party applied for new PAN on the name of new Karta. Now clients are still using old PAN and depositing the TDS on old PAN. Party also wants to claim tds on old PAN. But returned is filled by the party on new PAn. Now what is the solution for the party????

you have to file thje correction in 49A form after death of karta. now you can contact to professional for solution.

sir, some matter still pending due to every query have not straight forward answar. as per law in your case there will be penal prov. but income tax act also not ask the tds amount regarding, that where tds amount goes.
