Regardding pan card jurisdiction

I got my pan card last year . the address is correct as Jammu but the jurisdiction is alloted to utter pradesh. So how to change it ?? I never filed an ITR.
Do I need to visit Utter Pradesh for correcting this?

Don't get worried, just make a simple application to your local Income tax officer he will change the said jurisdiction. It won't affect online filing.
Otherwise you can apply for changes in PAN data in PAN correction form.

you can file online return (or manually at Income Tax office) from Jammu.
