How to get new ID Password from NSDL site when some1 else had registered & had given his email address.

For this, simply you can re-regist the TAN in TIN-NSDL website under TAN registration. But currently TAN registration in TIN-NSDL website is discontinued.We wait for the new link on TAN registration. so you have to wait for this. After that you may proceed accordingly.

Thanx sir but please also tell that whether any information that had been submitted at the time of registration like secret question & ans is required? As the client doesnt have it & not even the TAN Registration no.

No earlier details needed. Because you have to do a fresh registration. So you have to give TAN, PAN, name, status, address and importantly An accepted Provisional receipt number and details on that ETDS filing should be given. But these are all on in TIN-NSDL TAN registration procedure. But in TAN new Registration link we have wait and see.

yes this is the earlier link in TIN-NSDL. But now in this link new TAN registration is discontinued. So we can view ETDS filings made until 31/10/2012 only. From 01/11/2012 ETDS filing details are not available there. We cannot regist or re-regist a TAN there. so only I ask to wait you for the new link of TAN registration by the IT department.so wait...
