I WISH TO ASK WITH REGARD TO 44AB OF TAX AUDIT REPORT WHERE, DOES THE AUDIT REPORT NEED TO BE DIGITALLY APPROVED BY AUDITORS SIGN WHEN YOU FILE THE AUDIT REPORT TO DEPARTMENT?
KINDLY SUGGEST ME OUT OF THIS.

HOW CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST ME OUT OF THIS BECAUSE I HAVE AN CLIENT WHOSE RETURNS WERE VALIDATED BY US AND WE DID NOT FILE THE AUDIT REPORT TO DEPARTMENT BUT WE HAVE GIVEN THE SOFT COPY OF PREPARED FILE WITH HIS FINANCIALS FOR HIS INFORMATION
WE HAVE PROBLEM WITH HIS DIGITAL SIGN SO WE GAVE ALL HIM THE COMPUTATIONS ALONG WITH THE TAX AUDIT WHICH DONE BY US SO. HE REVERTED BACK TO US AND ASKING FOR CA DIGITAL SIGN IS NEEDED IN TAX AUDIT REPORT IS IT SO IMPORTANT SIR?
