A public ltd., company providing service to a Ltd., company (Communication service). In this case whether the provider has to follow RCM.

Communication service per se is not subjected to RCM. however in case such service has been provided by a person located in a non taxable territory to a person located in taxable territory same shall be exigible to service tax under RCM.
