One of our client have regularly filed the Income Tax Return. For the A.Y. 2008-2009, he has filed the E-Return on Web without digital signature. In the return he has also paid the assessment tax before filing E-Return, but till the date he forgot to submit the E-filed return to the Local Income Tax Officer nor he has sent the acknowledgement to Bangalore Office. Now he has to file the return for the A.Y. 2009-2010. What should he do that he should bot be in trouble.
