30 March 2010 Can any one guide me whether all listed companies are required to update the exchange submissions through EDIFAR and CorpFiling.

Pl advise.

30 March 2010 Listed companies are required to register themeslves with the edifar site and do all the filings on the site. However corpfiling is not mandatory.

31 March 2010 As per clause 51 of listing agreement EDIFAR filing is mandatory.

But as per clause 51(4) company need not file on the EDIFAR website, any information, statement or report which has already been filed on the Corporate Filing and Dissemination System (CFDS) through www.corpfiling.co.in in pursuance of clause 52.

It is clear that we are required to file through www.corpfiling.co.in
However, all through we were not doing updating in Corpfiling but the documents filed by the company were available in corpfiling. May be the physical filings made by the company were updated by the exchange authorities in this site.
