1. Can a manufacturer is eligible to take service tax credit against outward transportation.

1. GTA service tax credit is not available when goods are sold at factory gate, but if sold from depot, then credit available upto depot.
2. ST credit available on inward transportation GTA.
2. ST credit available on inward transportation GTA.
