14 March 2008 how to compute the capital gain of jewwelry, sale of business to another person & explain me the ways to calculate that Capital gain
If it is a longterm it is taxable at 20%

14 March 2008 if you are trading in jewlary the there is
no capital gain because in trading activity it is stock in trade if jwelary is an investment then capital gain tax is applicable

14 March 2008 iIF TRADING ACTIVITY THAN IT IS STOCK AND BUINESS INCOME WILL ARIVE ON SALE AND IF THE NATURE IS INVESTMENT THAN CAPITAL GAIN WILL ARISE
