Please tell the exact meaning of "business entity". any establishment registered as a "Trust" and doing any activities and earning some profits will come under Business Entity.

23 June 2013 No,trust is not formed with an objective of earning profit ,,it is not business entity

“Business entity” means any person ordinarily carrying out any activity relating to industry, commerce or any other business or profession. Thus, Government, charitable organisation is not ‘business entity’.
