If a privte limited cos Articles Is silent on the 'retirement of directors by rotation'... will th clause n Table A be applicable n this context...????????
please do clarify...

09 December 2009 Sections 255,256 and257 regarding retirement of director by rotation and appointment of person other than the retiring director as director is not applicable to Private Limited company.
