If a privte limited cos Articles Is silent on the 'retirement of directors by rotation'... will th clause n Table A be applicable n this context...????????

Sections 255,256 and257 regarding retirement of director by rotation and appointment of person other than the retiring director as director is not applicable to Private Limited company.
