Hey! For filing GST Form REG-26 (which is for permanent registration), if the GST portal is not working properly, here’s what you can do:
Check after some time – sometimes GST portal faces downtime or maintenance issues.
Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser/incognito mode.
Contact GST helpdesk at _________ or email helpdesk@gst.gov.in explaining the issue.

If you urgently need to file, they may guide you on the expected timeline or alternative steps.
Currently, REG-26 can only be filed online, so you need the portal to be functional.
