08 July 2013 First of all you should procure a Municipal Trade Licence then bank will open your current account which will require PAN, Phto identity and residence proof.

These papers will also be required for Service Tax Registration. You have to fill up one form online for service tax registration. If your turnover is below 10L then you need not register under service tax till you attain the TO up to 9 L
