How many refunds can a exporter of WOODEN & IRON HANDICRAFTS ITEM Get from central and state government. ........... ?

Generally such refunds are to be claimed periodically i.e.quarterly,half yearly or annually and not beyond that.Every refund application requires verification,either through the departmental system or manually.After proper confirmation only a refund order and refunds can be done.Even if you file it every month the vat officer will start processing them only in the above periodical order.Before that ensure the transactions are genuine and suppliers furnish returns and pay the collected taxes in time.....mjk
