Refund without 143

31 January 2012 Hi All

One of my clients claimed a refund of 1.5 lacks for Ay 10-11, But he got a 30k as refund .
We did not get any intimation fr dept so that we can know how they have adjusted the amount ,

How to get the info so that we can go for 154 rectification ?

31 January 2012 The process of request for re-sending of CPC-Intimation u/s 143(1)/154 and refund is hosted in 'Services' option of e-filing website. But ,seems, it has not been activated till today. So try to contact over phone.

31 January 2012 If return was electronically filed, then call to cpc. If not filed electronically, then write to ITO for a copy of intimation.
