vat act details and how vat refund can be claimed & the calculations on vat refund

Please tell me whether you are covered by VAT audit or not. If yes then special circulars in respect of same was issued in 2006, explaining that refund will be issued after examination of Form 704 by said authority. Otherwise you have to fill in your VAT return in column of excess balance claimed as refund.
