19 May 2016 MY ASSESSEE FILED RETURN A.Y. 2013-2014 AND IN THIS RETURN ACCOUNT NUMBER MENTION IN 13 DIGIT NOW CPC SHOWN REFUND CREDIT TO ASSESSEE ACCOUNT BUT ASSESSEE NOT RECEIVED REFUND TILL DATE PLEASE GUDIE ME

20 May 2016 It may be possible that CPC showing refund credit to bank account but it has not been credited till now. You can check the status of refund at NSDL site. google 'online refund status'. Enter PAN and assessment year and the screen will show the status of refund credited. If refund has been credited the date will also appear and if account number was incorrect the same shall also be displayed on screen.

20 May 2016 you check the status online from nsdl site, if not recd or not tracable then you can apply again for refund with the department.
