01 March 2014 You have to submit an online refund reissue request.
Login to your e-filing account.

Under My Account, Click on Refund Re-Issue Request.

03 March 2014 ya am going to the same way but its asking CPC number and when i was entered the cpc number its showing invalid cpc number and Refund sequence number(as per cpc order) and i dont know what is refund sequence nubmer

03 March 2014 The CPC number & refund sequence number are to be entered from the intimation received. The intimation is sent to the e-mail id provided in the return.

03 March 2014 The number will be something like:

CPC/1314/A4/(10digit number)

Make sure you enter in the correct format.
