Dear Sir/Madam Gudafternun
One Of My Client Filed Her Income tax Returns For AY 15-16 Under ITR-1, But Due To Her TDS Deducted In AY 16-17 u/s 194j We Filed Under ITR-4.Actually She Should Get Refund Of Around 15K In this Year.But Till didn't Get It.What Might Be The Reason For Delay.Kindly Guide me For Her Refund Get Back.Already She Sent Itr v to Cpc 2 Months Ago.While We Are Seeing In It Site It Is Showing Pending For E-Verification.

22 November 2016 Send the ITR V again by speed post. Earlier sent ITR V not received by CPC.

22 November 2016 Or if you have chosen to electronically verify, initiate the process again and complete the EVC by using Adhar OTP, Efiling OTP or net banking or using De mat account.

It Is Reflecting The Receipt Of itr v Under Cpc.While We Are Trying For E Verification It Is Displaying No Returns Pending For E-verification.
Then What Might Be The Reason For Delay...
