14 October 2019 Sir we are having a lot of GST Refund i.e. in Crores but still we are not getting the refund from the department then what are proceedings and procedures to get the refund as earlier as possible

14 October 2019 Sir,
The only application part of GST Refund is online, you need to take the whole application along with the relevant documents with your state jurisdiction , they will verify the application and only process the state refund and send the file to centre for CGST Refund. The entire procedure takes a appx. 2 months.
If you want early refund, the only step is good liasoning with the officer.

Refund process involves 3 things, first a proper application in online portal, secondly submitting the documents at the jurisdictional office, thirdly if an DM ( Deficiency Memo) issued then we have to reply in time, now since everything is online we first two process is online only, if you didnt get reply with in 15 days then you have to meet the jurisdication office
