12 April 2011 Can TDS paid in excess under one section previously be adjusted against any other section in subsequent months of the same financial year or next financial year ?

12 April 2011 In other section no adjustment file return and claim refund.

12 April 2011 Practicaly it is very difficult to get the refund of excess TDS Paid and adjustment is also not possible.No provision has been made in the income tax act for refund of excess TDS paid.
