12 August 2017 If a registered Dealer decides to consume his own product and which he has already paid VAT then he is eligible for refund? and if yes which under section.

12 August 2017 If you use such product as inputs in manufacturing of other products, u can claim ITC of vat paid on product to pay output liability.

If you use such product for your personal need.. it's equal to buying a product from market by paying applicable taxes on price and consuming it.. no refund of such vat paid
