Refund of Service Tax to the exporters

My question is : Is there any exemption from payment of service tax if an exporter is liable to pay service tax being an availer/user of GTA service because he is otherwise also eligible for the refund of the service tax paid on such service used for the exported goods.

There is no exemption- the exporter is eligible for refund.
