Refund of service tax paid on bank charges

There is one case of one of our client
Business of client is to 100% export of cycle parts and now they have incurred bank charges also on money remittance received from abroad.
now the question is that whether we will get refund of service tax paid on these bank charges
or there is any other provision under which it can be exempted
plz reply

07 July 2011 The following service provide by the bank to the exporter is refundable under Not 41/2007-ST dated 06.10.2007

Sir as per my interpretation, i think refund can be there
plz help me in this regard by verification the above notification
