24 July 2017 CAN A PERSON CLAIM TDS DEDUCTED FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS BECAUSE HE IS NOT AWARE ABOUT THE TDS DEDUCTION OF THE PREVIOUS YEAR. HIS RETURN IS BELOW THE EXEMPTION LIMIT SO NO RETURN FILED TILL DATE
