06 March 2014 An assessee has CENVAT credit unutilized around 12 Lakhs since 2010-11. He has stopped the commercial activity of the business and there is no chance of carrying out the activity in future years also. Can he claim any refund of the CENVAT credit.
The assessee is in the business of crushing of iron ore.
