Refund of cenvat credit

12 January 2013 we have an exciseble unit.we want to shut it down.there is cenvat credit and ADC lying in our account...we want refund of that.Can we get it?if we have other exciseble unit too then can we transfer this credit to other unit??

12 January 2013 If material also available, then the same can be removed to the other unit, on payment of duty and thereby utilise the same.

If not then - If this unit is transfered to another unit or outsider, along with the transfer of all assets / liabilities.
No refund wouldbe possible.
