Refund of ay 2002-2003

05 October 2012 Dear Sir

I received my refund cheque for the AY 2002-2003 (return filed in Noida), however, the same has not been deposited due to change in my Address and by the time I got it the validity of the cheque expired.

I also sent request letters to the Concerned AO. But not get any response.

Please guide me in obtaining my refund.
