Refund not credited

I have filled ITR for AY 2015-16 and claimed refund. Last week i received Income Tax Refund Order Advice from SBI in which i found my bank account number and IFSC code is incorrect. I have verified my ITR but i found that i have correctly mentioned the same at the time of filling return. Please Guide me Sir how can i get IT Refund

Login to your income tax efiling login and do refund re-issue request specifying your correct/new bank account details to which you want your refund to get credited.
