We have applied for GST Refund for Inverted Tax Structure , we have received deficiency memo that document uploaded are insuffucient,

You have to re apply for refund. please go through section 54 (3) carefully and also refer to circular issued by CBIC on refund. the relevant circular contains an annexure prescribing the detailed documents required to be uploaded.
